The furnishing of our rooms is classic with modern touches, fully in harmony with the traditional style and history of the building. As each room is decorated differently with the dominant elements being wood and stone.
As for our breakfast? Homemade, fresh, and different! From 08:30 in the morning, every day, and for more than 3 hours, it is a feast of flavors, which has made us famous inside and outside of Hydra. Try our sourdough bread, local honey, traditional pies, fresh yogurt, Greek rice pudding, fresh vegetables and fruits, homemade jams, exquisite coffee, and tea infused with herbs from Greek soil. You’ll leave energized and ready to tackle the day ahead.
